The minimum number of seats a Member State has is four (4) seats. In deciding on country choices, this should be considered your minimum number of delegates to represent each Member State (if the Member State has seats on additional committees, such as ECOSOC or the Security Council, they are in addition to the minimum). If you represent two (2) Member States and are only registering six or seven delegates, you should understand that each delegation is responsible for completing all of the Pre-Conference documents for all committee seats to which the Member State is appointed to even though no delegate may actually be credentialed to the committee.
