Register Your School and Delegates
All schools that are interested in attending the 72nd Session of the MUNFW must complete the Country Selection form and submit payment of the School Registration fee in the Fall (exceptions may be made for new schools or returning schools who request an extension). Delegate Credential Forms and registration fees are due in the Spring. See the registration calendar above for this session’s form submission and payment deadlines.
Each Member State has a minimum of three (3) seats. In deciding on country choices, this should be considered your minimum number of delegates to represent each Member State. For more information on preferred countries for this year’s session, including committee assignments, please see the Country Assignment page.
School and Delegate Fees
School Registration fee: $250/school
Delegate fee: $100/delegate
One Faculty advisor is exempt from attendee registration fees. Additional advisor fees are $65/co-advisor to cover costs associated with the Diplomats’ Banquet.
MUNFW accepts school-issued checks, bank transfers, and credit or debit card payments. To pay by card, click the link below and select the appropriate number of school and/or delegate fees in the payment portal. You may also purchase MUNFW merchandise for pick-up at the conference site. Following fee selections, you may print the payment portal page for submission to college or university fiscal offices. After payment, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email associated with the form submission.
No refunds for registration fees or delegate fees will be made after March 15. All requests for refunds must be made prior to March 15.

Virtual Session Registration and Delegate Fees
An optional virtual session of the GA Second Committee for interested delegates will take place February 25, 2023 via Zoom. As such, the GA Second Committee will not convene at the in-person conference in April. Policy Statements will not be required but may be submitted for the purpose of providing feedback to delegates and advisors.
Virtual Session Delegate fee: $5.00
Virtual Session Delegate fees must be paid with credit or debit card via the following payment portal (above) or by bank transfer.
