Dr. Mary Pettenger is a Professor of Politics, Policy and Administration at Western Oregon University, and is a Social Sciences Division Chair. She is the co-director of International Studies Major, and teaches a variety of courses of world politics. Pettenger received her B.A. from Whitman College, and her Ph.D. and M.A. in International Studies from University of Denver.
